 ORDERING INFORMATION 

All orders will be acknowledge via fax or email and must confirm in writing with complete order information and product prices.

 

 Blank Products

Blank goods are sold less $0.31(v). When orders confirmed and received by 3:00 PM PST, we will attempt to ship same day. However, some items may take 24-48 hours to ship. Blank goods return are subject to a 15% restocking fee.​

 Artwork

We will accept artwork in any form or format, electronic art is the best method to ensure speedy and accurate production. Please ensure all artworks are included in appropriate format. Include the distributor name, P.O. number and contact name when submitting artwork.

All prices are based on camera ready & color separated typeset artwork to size being supplied. If any submitted artwork requires typesetting, improvement, changes, color separation or touch-ups, we reserve the right to modify the artwork and change accordingly. Artwork touch-ups, clean up or redrawing will be billed at $37.50 (v) per ½ hour.

 Camera-ready Art:

High resolution (minimum of 300dpi) to-size photographs or other raster images; color separated for multiple colors required.

Faxes are not considered camera-ready art and will incur an art charge. Bitmap images saved as an eps, Adobe Illustrator file is also not camera-ready art.

 Electronic/ Digital Art:

Platform: Mac. OSX / Windows.

File Types: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.

File Format: Native file format or EPS, AI, PDF, PSD up to CS6.

Type: Convert all types to curves, paths or outlines (vector art).

Include all support files for page layout files.

 File Formats accepted for embroidery:

DST File.

PMS Color Matches: Colors are matched as close as possible based on Pantone colors. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

Digitizing: If digitizing services are required, please send artwork in camera-ready format or in vector format via e-mail. Charges will apply accordingly.

 We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All new customers are pre-paid. Orders will not ship without credit approval or pre-payment. Deposit is required on large quantity import products, whether or not dates are maintained. All delinquent accounts will be placed on credit hold and interest of 1.5% per month will be added to outstanding invoices.
