SILK SCREEN PRINTING

Silk screen printing adds a new dimension to the bags. It is the most economical method to decorate a bag with your logo or message.

All pricing includes a 1-color, 1 location imprint logo. Screen set-up charges are not included.

Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

Item’s unit price plus $25.00(v) handling charge plus set-up charge per color $50.00(v) plus any art & freight charges.

PRODUCTION TIME: 5-10 Working Days after all approvals.

VIVID IMAGE PRINTING (MULTI-COLOR PRINT)

Vivid-Image Print is a full color print method that transfers a design, picture or logo directly onto the products by heat and pressure.

VIRTUAL PRODUCT: Free of charge by providing your artwork in vector format for the virtual products.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Please provide a clear photograph or computer generated artwork and indicates sizes for final image.

The maximum size of the image is 7” x 7”.

All logos or messages need to be included in final image size.

The image sizing should be proportionate to the imprint area.

PRE-PRODUCTION PROOF: Item’s unit price plus $18.75(v) handling charge plus set-up charge $50.00(v) plus any art and freight charges.

PRODUCTION TIME: 5-10 Working Days after all Approvals.

EMBROIDERY

Multi-color threads embroidery adds a high perceived value to the bags by transferring your logos or messages onto many fabrics to assure a vibrant, long lasting impression.

DIGITIZING CHARGE: Up to 6,000 stitches $135.00(v); add $22.50(v) for each additional 1,000 stitches.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED LOGOS: DST file is required. Sizes and layout changes on digitized files will be evaluated to determine edit charges or new digitizing charges.

MINIMUM TEXT HEIGHT: The minimum text or logo’s height is 1/4”.

COLOR MATCH: Please specify PMS color, and we will match as closely as possible.

METALLIC THREAD: Add $0.08(v) per 1,000 stitches.

CUSTOM THREAD COLOR: Add 30% of the running charges (A minimum of 200 pieces is required).

EDITING CHARGES: $50.00(v) and up

SAMPLE PROOF: Item’s unit cost plus $25.00(v) handling charge per item plus cost of bag, plus digitizing charges, running charges and freight

charges.

SWATCHES/SEW-OUT: $18.75(v) handling charges plus running charges, freight and digitizing charges if digitizing is not provided.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: Embroidery price for bag is for sizes up to 15” x 15” bag. Please ask quote for larger bags.

DEBOSSING

Debossing is perfect for leather or simulated leather items, it adds lasting value on products and high perceived value to a logo. Deboss uses a machine to press a die of your logo onto the surface of the chosen fabric resulting in a debossed or textured imprint. The die is the tool used to create a desired label size or shape. A new die is required for every custom size or shape. The die charges are a one-time fees used to create the new size or shape. A die will be kept in-stock for 12 months.

SET-UP CHARGES:

Up to 6 square inches $60.00(v)

Up to 15 square inches $90.00(v)

Set up waived for exact reorders placed within 12 months.

DIE COST (STAMPING FEE):

Up to 6 square inches $81.25(v)

Up to 15 square inches $125.00(v)

RUN CHARGE: Each unit cost $1.88(v)
