Silk screen printing adds a new dimension to the bags. It is the most economical method to decorate a bag with your logo or message.

Catalog pricing includes a 1-color, 1 location imprint logo.

Screen set-up charges are not included.

PRE-PRODUCTION PROOF

Item’s unit price plus $18.75(v) handling charge

plus set-up charge per color $37.50(v) plus any art

and freight charges.

 

STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME

5-10 Working days after all approvals.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please provide a clear photograph, or computer generated artwork. Indicate size for final image up to 7” x 7”. Logo or message to be included in final image size.

The image sizing should be proportionate to the imprint area.

 

PRE-PRODUCTION PROOF

Item’s unit price plus $18.75(v) handling charge plus set-up charge $50.00(v) plus any art and freight charges.

 

PRODUCTION TIME

5-10 Working days after all approvals.

 

MINIMUM ORDER

A minimum order of 100 pieces is required.

Less than minimum charge is $62.50(v).

 

EMBROIDERY

Multi-color threads embroidery adds a high perceived value to the bags by transferring your logos or messages onto many fabrics to assure a vibrant, long lasting impression.

DST file is required. Sizes and layout changes on

digitized files will be evaluated to determine edit

charges or new digitizing charges.

 

MINIMUM TEXT HEIGHT

The minimum text or logo’s height is .25”.

 

COLOR MATCH

Please specify PMS color, and we will match as

closely as possible.

 

METALLIC THREAD

Add $0.08(v) per 1,000 stitches.

 

CUSTOM THREAD COLOR

Add 30% of the running charges

(A minimum of 200 pieces is required).

 

EDITING CHARGES

$37.50(v) and up

 

SAMPLE PROOF

Item’s unit cost plus $25.00(v) handling charge

per item plus cost of bag, plus digitizing charges,

running charges and freight charges.

 

SWATCHES/SEW-OUT

$18.75(v) handling charges plus running charges,

freight, and digitizing charges if digitizing is not

provided.

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Embroidery price for bag is for sizes up to 15” x 15”

bag. Please ask quote for larger bags.
